A Commercial bank Intends to hire result-oriented graduates to fill in the vacant positions of Trainee Business Development Officers (TBDOs) for marketing liability and asset products of the Bank in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Lahore & Karachi Cities.

Qualification: Graduation, Candidates having marketing / Sales aptitude and strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills will be given preference.

Selection Process:

• Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called for a test/interview
• One week of practical training shall be provided to be chosen candidates.
• No remuneration and TA / DA will be admissible for attending the training program. However, boarding and lodging of outstation candidates will be arranged by the Bank.
• Only Successful Candidates who complete the training program and pass the tests during and after training will be offered an initial service contract of six months as Trainee BDO which will be renewable on achievement of targets.
