Our Client, PSDF is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, set up by the Government of Punjab in collaboration with foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office ( FCDO). Over the past 10 years, it has funded training for over 500,000+ youth in 250+ demand-driven trades over six programs through an ecosystem of 500+ training service providers.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the performance of the Fund. CEO provides leadership and manages the implementation of programs in accordance with the vision, mission values, and strategic objectives established and/or approved by the Board.
Education For Chief Executive Officer Job:
Possess a graduate degree from a well-reputed institute or such other professional qualification including manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social science, or any other field or.
Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or
B a recognized businessman or professional with a postgraduate degree in business administration (MBA) or public administration or finance or commerce or marketing or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience at a senior management level.
