Job Description

Chief Executive Officer Job: PRIMACO is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan with a prime objective to ensure the generation of maximum income from investment in real estate.

our client is looking for an outstanding professional with exceptional entrepreneurial skills and attributes for the position of chief Executive Officer.

Chief Executive Officer Job Profile

The CEO will oversee the management of the company’s real estate portfolio and be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the company’s affairs in the alignment with the strategic objectives of the company and its mandate along with the guidelines approved by the Board.

Pre Requisites

Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering OR MBA with Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Masters in Construction Management / Masters in Project Management or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience, preferably in construction management and supervision/contract administration/procurement/managing real estate.

Age Limit: The Maximum age limit at the time of recruitment shall be 60 years.

Job Description (Details)

1. Responsible for the Leadership, Management, and supervision of the company’s affairs in alignment with strategic objectives of EOBI, EOBI’s mandate, relevant clause, Policies, and guidelines approved by the Board.

2. Oversee the management of the company’s real estate portfolio, commercial development of the real estate, Real Estate Construction, Litigation, Contract management, and feasibilities, financial evaluations, and due diligence of the projects.

3. Supervise all matters of Rental Management of buildings.

4. Provide strategic and operational guidance and assistance to the Board to discharge their oversight responsibilities.

5. Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the Company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.

6. Provide the required linkage between the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, and provide them with adequate information to carry out their responsibilities.

7. Act as the principal public relations officer of the company and represent them with stakeholders, government entities, the financial community, and the public.

8. Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively and financial discipline is maintained.

9. Carry out Investment analysis for new opportunities with a wider perspective.

10. Conceptualization of new real estate investment opportunities and present to relevant authority level.

11. Planning/study of new projects.

12. Appraisal of real estate properties and determine feasibility for its development through in-house as well as by outsourcing assignments.

13. Monitoring the physical and financial progress of the projects

14. Marketing the projects through outsourcing to specialized firms.

15. Maintenance and management of real estate portfolio.

16. Responsible for planning and execution of the new projects.

17. Responsible to look after all legal affairs of the Company.

18. Comply with rules and instructions prescribed by the Government of Pakistan with respect to the procurement of goods and services required for performing any of the obligations as required.

19. Show financial literacy and business acumen for better opportunities.

20. Fulfil the statutory responsibilities of the Company.

21. Develop and follow a continuous professional development plan for enhancing the skill set of the Company’s HR.

22. Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors.
