Our Client is looking for a professional to be appointed as a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of a state-owned company in the business of import and regasification of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)

Candidates Should, Inter Alia, Possess the Following Attributes:

Graduate Degree (Preferably Post Graduate or Master’s Degree) in the relevant field including engineering, economics, energy management, law, finance, accountancy, business administration, and/or member of a recognized body of professional accountants from a reputable university / Institution recognized/accredited from HEC or from a foreign reputable university / Institution.

• 15 years post qualification experience of which 07 years experience should be in a senior management leadership role. Relevant internal LNG industry experience will be given preference.
• The candidate should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the energy landscape in Pakistan.
• Ability to articulate clear strategic options, evaluate potential outcomes and plan effective implementation with a clear focus on delivery.
• Knowledge and experience to implement best practices of corporate governance, and risk management.
• Strong ability to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective management of resources.
• Exceptional people management efficiency and cost-effective management of resources.
• Exceptional People management, relationship building, and negotiation skills, multicultural competence, and the ability to influence relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable integrity reputation
• Analytical, intellectually robust, commercially astute, and able to work with the Board and deliver.
