A Public Sector Company is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its team. The COO is a Crucial member of the senior management team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, we need a senior leader with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and an outstanding work ethic.
While the position is primarily for overseeing the support functions of the company and the effective implementation of operational, administrative, and financial policies and procedures across the organization, he/she would also act as the trusted partner and advisor to the CEO and ensure that the support and business functions are completely aligned.
Experience and Qualifications For Chief Operating Officer:
We require a leader with a collaborative management style with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in support function with a reputable corporation. financial or public sector institution, including 4 years in a senior management role of managing support function. the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver in a deadline-driven environment.
Applicants must possess a full-time Master’s degree in Business Administration, or Finance from an HEC recognized university or a Charted Accountancy qualification From The Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) foreign, relevant qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
