Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Qualification / Experiencer: B.Com / BBA with at least 01 years of experience in Customer Relations.
Job Responsibilities: the Incumbent shall be responsible to receive & record customer calls, responding to their queries, processing booking, and looking after follow-ups at the booking office/ showroom.
