Job Description

Customer Service Sales Support Agent.

Cool Bear Services, a well-established HVAC Company in Delray Beach is looking for a team player to assist our Customer Service Support group in our Delray Beach Office location.

Weekly Pay:

$16.00 Hourly (40-hour week ) + plus commission opportunities.

We are seeking someone who can help support a team that coordinates our customers & sales staff.

Pleasant phone Etiquette.

Strong sense of customer service.

Ability to work rotating Saturdays & rotating early evenings until 7 pm.

Previous call center experience is a plus.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills, Phone Skills, & Excellent communication skills are required.

Must be computer literate, energetic, fun, & friendly.

Must be able to Pass Back Ground Check and Drug Testing.
