Directorate Electronic Media and Publications Islamabad require the services of qualified and experienced individuals for appointment against the PSDP project titled Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) on the following positions purely on a contract basis.

Media Asset Manager

Qualification / Experience

• 2nd Class or Grade “C” BS In Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology from HEC recognized university (16 years Education)
• More than 5 Years of system Integrator experience and min 1-year experience in monitoring track.
• Candidate must have certification in CCNA, MCSA, MCSE Fortinet NSE 1,2 firewall, Clout Certification AWS, Azure Oracle, Vmware, Acus, EmAMS, and Veeam.
• Hands-on experience in Content management / Media Asset Management / Digital Asset Managemetn Platforms.
• Applying meaningful metadata tags to assets according to consistent methodology.
• Tracks and Validates metadata, work on taxonomy or tagging, or engage in training with end users,

System Support Manager

Qualification / Experience

• 2nd class Grade “C” BS in Computer Science Software Engineering Information technology from HEC-recognized university (16 years Education)
• More than 3 years of relevant experience. Candidate must have one or more International Certifications / Trainings in project and Data Center Management
• Experience in Configuration, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure and related systems, Developing administer, ing, and monitoring network security systems.
• Monitor network statistics and operations to ensure continuous and optimum performance.

Media Research Analyst

Qualification / Experience:

• Master’s Degree in IR / Political Sciences / Mass Communication / Defence and Strategic Studies (DSS) or any other field from a university institute recognized by HEC
• More than 3 years of experience in media / Journalism/research/content monitoring & tracking of all media platforms including National Foreign, Print, and Digital Media.
• Experience in media Content analysis, report writing, and suggesting actions.
• Designing and executing media-wide research and strategic initiatives.

Network Administrator

Qualification / Experience:

• 2nd Class Or Grade “C” In Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology from HEC recognized University (16 years Education)
• More than 3 years relevant experience, Candidates must have CCNA / CCNP / MCSE / MC IT/ Certification, Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP / IP)
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
• Manage Security Solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ability to create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

Data Base Administrator

Qualification & Experience:

• 2nd Class or Grade “C” BS In Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information technology from HEC recognized University (16 years Education)
• More than 3 years relevant experience, Candidate must have a strong grip on Cracle, SQL, No-SQL, and My SQL and also have one or more international Certifications.
• Designing and implementing databases in accordance to end users’ information needs and views.
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
• Write database documentation, including standards, procedures, and definitions for the data directory (metadata)

Graphics Designer

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Designing / Marketing / Communications / Business or Fine Arts Along with a minimum of 03 years of proven experience in Graphics Designing for the Social / Digital / Electronic Mass Media Industry.
• Candidates must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (in Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Digital Publishing suit, and Dreamweaver)
• Experience in Graphics Designing and Creation of media content including graphics, infographics, GIFs short videos for publications, reporting, and social media.

Content Creator / Animator

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Graphics Designing, illustration, Animation, or any related Discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience including the use of animations and transitions in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preference will be given to candidates having Certifications in 2nd and 3d animation, visual Effect and Interactive Content (AVE), and javascript animation for websites, storytelling, and data visualization.
• Developing storyboards for animation projects.
• Designing backgrounds, sets, and other elements of the animated environment.
