Education: Bachelor / Master (BSC / MSC Mechanical / Polymer Engineering)

Experience: 15 years of experience in Tyre and Tube Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Running the unit & executing all SOPs and Policies

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes & workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes & improvements.

Troubleshooting for new tyres and tubes, imperfections in the production steps, or in compounding.

Achieving production targets with low wastage % and increased productivity.

Monitoring & auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
