Human Resource Solution International, a Karachi-based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following roles:

CATEGORY MANAGERS

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably with majors in Marketing.

Possess overall 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years related functional experience in a middle management position.

Significant experience in developing strategy, marketing plans, and the execution of campaigns.

Strong collaborator, skilled at influencing with a track record of building cross-functional relationships, negotiating with peers, and creating alignment.

The incumbent shall possess creative & critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.

The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.

LEGAL MANAGERS

The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School / University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent.

Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.

Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills.

Should have command over presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

High personal integrity and strong ethical values; used to working with the utmost confidentiality.

Able to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner(orally and in writing).

Extensive knowledge and experience with Business Ethics and Compliance.

DEPUTY MANAGERS BRAND

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably with majors in Marketing.

Possess overall 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role. with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.

Understanding / Experience of Agency Management.

Strong Communication Skills (oral and written).

The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.

Proven ability or understanding to execute insight-led marketing plans that drive competitive advantage along the path to purchase.

DEPUTY MANAGERS LEGAL

The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School/University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent.

Possess overall 4 years of professional experience with minimum 1-2 years related experience in a junior management position.

Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Business Ethics and Compliance.

High personal integrity and strong ethical values; used to working with the utmost confidentiality.

The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.

MANAGER TAXATION

Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Knowledge of SAP and OMC sector would be preferred.

Excellent Presentation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Decision Making, and Analytical Skills.

Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role.

The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.

Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience working in the taxation department of a tax consulting firm or organization.
