Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Tax

Qualification: Master, Preferably a CA, Company Secretarial qualification will be an added advantage

Experience: Minimum 8 Years of which at least 2 years as Company Secretary.

Job Summary:

Company Secretary will be primarily responsible for the company’s secretarial matters and is accountable to the CEO.

The incumbent also interacts with the Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), FBR, and the shareholders, to Provide relevant reports and information on governance as per relevant Laws/ Rules / Regulations.

The incumbent shall also look after legal & tax matters of the company.

National Sales Manager Wanda

Qualification: DVM / BSE (Hons) Animal Husbandry with Mcs Hons / M.Phil / Animal Nutrition.

Experience: at least 05 years of experience in WANDA sales.
