Agro Food Jobs: A Federal Government Organization is implementing a PSDP-funded project and seeks online applications from suitable candidates (Pakistani Nationals) For the Following Vacant Positions based at Mirpurkhas (Sindh) on a contract basis.
The position and eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
1. Manager Finance & Admin
No. Of Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:
CA / ACCA, MBA, M.com with 04 years of experience or B.com with 08 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years (+05 years General Age Relaxation as per Government rules).
Handling all payments and utilization of funds releases without lapse of funds.
Overall in charge of maintenance of accounting system/software and supervised posting of transactions in the accounting system.
Timely preparation & submission of the annual budget request for releases of funds to Ministry.
Coordination with Auditors for Annual Audit
Preparation and consolidation of Audit para’s replies, if needed.
Preparation of Board meeting agendas and secretarial work for Board meetings.
Ensured timely preparation of annual accounts for submission to auditors
Timely and accurate preparation of payroll and payments to all employees.
Calculation, deduction, deposit, and preparation of employees’ tax statements.
Liaison and timely reporting to Treasury, NBP, and AG office for release of Funds & Accounts Reconciliations.
Annual Budget preparation.
Preparation/consolidation of expenditure reports for uploading on PMES, MoIP.
Supervision of PSDP project staff regarding Accounts related activities.
Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed
Creating administration related reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Coordinating to ensure the safety and security of office premises
Coordination for the organization of meetings/events/workshops/tenders
Maintaining staff related records and attendance
Any other task assigned by the Management.
2. Office Coordination

Qualification & Experience: Intermediate with a minimum of 02 years of experience.
Age Limit: Upto 28 years (+05 years General Age Relaxation as per Government rules).
Manage documentation, including contracts, leave records, and sickness documentation.
Set up personnel files and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in employment-related documentation and interview process.
Coordinate for and provide support in training-related activities.
Support in organizing relevant office events.
Communicate with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies and planning meeting rooms.
Oversee premises management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
Manage correspondence with service vendors
Order and maintain office supplies
Assist in organizing staff meetings and executive schedules
Support for the organization of corporate events
May participate in billing and management of invoices
Facilitate visitors when they arrive at the office
Answer phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
Any other task assigned by the management
