PILOT(BPS-19)

Qualification & Experience: Master Mariner(Foreign-going Ships) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with at least 03 years command experience on Board Sea-going Vessels and 05 years as a Mate / Chief Officer

Age Limit: 45 years

TUG COMMANDER(BPS-19)

Qualification & Experience: Master Mariner (foreign-going Ships) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 10 years experience on board sea-going Vessels out of which at least 03 years as a Master Mariner

Age Limit: 45 years

TUG COMMANDER(BPS-18).

Qualification & Experience: Valid Class-II Deck Certificate of Competency of CHief Mate duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 03 years experience of sailing onboard Foreign-going ships as Mate.

Age Limit: 40 years

Certified Engineer (BPS-18)

Qualification & Experience: Valid First Class Certificate of Competency (Motor / Diesel) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 05 years watch keeping and maintenance of Diesel engines experience on board Marine crafts after acquiring 1st Class Certificate of Competency of 5 years with reputable Marine workshop.

Age Limit: 40 years

Marine Engineer (BPS-17)

Qualification & Experience: MOT Class-II with valid Certificate of Competency duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 02 years relevant experience.

Age Limit: 35 years

• Allowances as admissible under KPT Rules.
• Age relaxation to other categories as per Government instruction will also be applicable.
