Full Job Description
South Florida Stairs is looking for a long-term addition to our administrative team. If you have common sense, previous basic experience working with Office365, & are adaptable to learning new things, please continue reading for the functions this position covers:
General office duties: filing, email follow-up, organization, light scheduling, answering phones, taking messages, receiving/mailing packages, maintaining office supplies, and kitchen groceries.
Estimate/bid follow-ups: Review all new/revised estimates and follow up with customers/builders. Creating/organizing new job folders, and sending thank-you emails upon job completion.
CoAdvantage & HR office duties: coordinating interviews with candidates & owners, processing new employee paperwork, keeping track of employee birthdays, hire date anniversaries, and staying connected with our 3rd party HR company (CoAdvantage) for new-hire and terminated employee insurance follow-up.
T-Sheets: Track each employee’s schedule through our time management program, T-Sheets. Edit lunches when taken/not taken, confirm they’re clocked into the right locations, etc.
Prior experience with CoAdvantage and T-Sheets is a plus, not a requirement.
All internal processes will be taught upon hire, but basic computer knowledge is a MUST. Candidates need to have basic computer knowledge and can properly navigate Office 365 tools like OneNote, Excel, Word, and Outlook email.
