Executive Director (Ship Management)

Qualification & Experience:

• A Marine Engineer holding 1st Class Certificate of Competency with at least 5 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer on Foreign going ships.
• Preference will be given to a candidate having:
• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent from HEC recognized institute.
• 05 years of shore-based experience in Ship Management including repairs, maintenance, dry docking, procurement of ship stores/spares, and ship personnel in a large national or multinational organization.
• Experience in LNG loading & discharging and LNG vessel operation.
• Experience in leading environmental projects related to shipping emissions as per COP-26 targets.

Maximum Age Limit: 50 years

MANAGER (LEGAL)

Qualification & Experience:

• LLB, preferably LLM from HEC recognized institute or a foreign qualification in Law from a reputable institute also duly recognized by HEC.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a reputable company / Law firm.
• Preference will be given to a candidate having:
• Knowledge of Shipping Laws, Admiralty jurisdiction, and Merchant Shipping Ordinance, well-versed in MLC-2006, SOLAS, STCW, International Procurement, Law of the sea, and International Arbitration also have updated knowledge of legislation on ship arrest/registration under respective conventions.
• Experience in Industrial relations particularly Marine Insurance matters.
• Experience in handling Legal matters of the shipping office, MMD, and Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
