Qualification: Master’s in any field from HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 07 years experience in protocol & secretarial work.

Deputy Director Finance (Grade – 18)

Qualification: MBA/Masters’s Degree in Financial Accounting or Financial Management from a recognized National/Foreign Institution. ACCA/CFA/CA or relevant accreditation is mandatory.

Experience: At least 07 years of overall Finance experience with a minimum of 03 years as a Head of Finance/CFO role. Experience in a humanitarian organization will be preferred.

Deputy Director Youth & Volunteer (Grade – 18)

Qualification: Masters in Social Sciences/Management Sciences from HEC Recognized Institution.

Experience: 07x Years of relevant experience in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in Managing Youth & Volunteer Projects

Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years.

Deputy Director Risk Awareness and Safer Behavior (RASB) (Grade – 18)

Qualification: Masters’s degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences or Project Management from any reputed organization.

Experience: 07x years overall professional experience in the humanitarian or development sector including in highly insecure contexts, Experience in Mine Action, and working with the RCRC Movement as an asset.

Deputy Director – Field Operations

Qualification: Masters’s degree/academic credentials in social sciences, project management, and/or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience working in project management, field operations, program planning, M&E, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Red Cross/ Red Crescent systems, policies, and practices is an advantage, and Experience in working with Red Cross/ Red Crescent is an asset.

Deputy Director Organizational Development (Grade – 18)

Qualification: Master’s/ 16 years of education in Management Sciences/Social Sciences from HEC recognized Institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 07 years of professional experience in handling development and humanitarian-related programs/projects.
• At least 04 years of Organizational Development Experience in an esteemed Organization.
• Experience in Coordination with donor agencies.
• Experience in partnerships/grant management
• Preference will be given to having experience in the RCRC Movement.

Deputy Director Procurement & Logistics (Grade- 18)

Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree from HEC recognized University/ Institute, preferably in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of professional working experience in the field of Logistics & Procurement.
