Population Welfare Department Jobs
Applications are invited to fill up the following posts n ADP Scheme titled as Establishment of Strategic Planning Unit (SPU) (2019-2023)” In Population Welfare Department, Punjab on Contract Basis as per provisions contained in PC-I of the said Scheme.
The qualification, experience, and other terms and conditions are as follows:
1. Assistant Director (Communication) (BS-17).
Qualification: Master’s Degree or Equivalent qualification in Journalism or Mass Communication from HEC recognized university.
i. 03 years post qualification work experience in any well-reputed national or International organization.
ii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to think both creatively and strategically.
iii. Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
iv. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Meda. (Give a link to profiles as examples).
v. Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
vi. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
vii. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc). and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
2. Assistant Director ( Planning ) (BS-17)
Qualification: Masters Degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Management Sciences from HEC recognized university.
i. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant sector.
ii. Good understanding of government policy framework and family planning sector issues.
iii. Well-versed with ICT-based work environment.
3. Assistant Director (Admin & Finance) BS-17.
Qualification: Masters’ Degree or equivalent in Public Administration / Business Administration Finance or Human Resource from HEC recognized University.
Experience: At least 05 years post qualification experience in office administration and financial matters in the public sector.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) based environment.
4. System Network analyst (BS-17)
Qualification: BS / Master’s Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Experience: A minimum of 05 years post qualification.. work experience.
Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards preferably having certifications in Cisco, Microsoft Network are Definite Assets.
5. Computer Operator (BS-15)
Qualfication: B.A (I.T) / B.com (I.T) / B.sc with Computer Science (2nd Division) from HEC recognized university
ii. Diploma / Certificate in MS office.
Experience: 03 years post qualification work experience in relevant field skill in Urdu typing will be preferred.
6. Driver (BS-04)
Qualification: Middle having LTV driving License.
Experience: 05 years experience.
7. Naib Qasid (Bs-01)
