Duty Conservancy Officer

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree with Statistics / Economics / Commerce for the First mate of foreign going ship or certificate of competency (Deck Officer) Class-III

Experience: 05 Years experience in handling navigational ads and buoys / channel maintenance and conservancy work in a port.

Age Limit: 40 years

Executive Engineer (Development)

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Registered with Pakistan Engineering council as Professional Engineer and Computer literate.

Experience: 05 years Post Qualification in a Govt / Semi Govt / Large Engineering Organization of repute.

Age Limit: 40 years

Operation Room Officer

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree with Statistics / Economics / Commerce or First mate of foreign going ship or certificate of competency (Deck Officer) Class-II.

Experience: 05 Years Sea Experience.

Age Limit: 40 years

Deputy Manager (Legal Contract)

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Law Graduate and Computer literate.

Experience: 05 years experience as an Advocate or in registration, finalization, and execution of leases/contracts in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Large Commercial Organization of repute.

Age Limit: 40 years

Marine Engineer

Qualification: Second Engineer / Certificate of Competency as MOT 2nd Class or Leland Engineer Certificate.

Experience: 05 years of sea experience.

Age Limit: 40 years

Hydrographic Officer

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Master of Science / Qualified Hydrographic Surveyor from Foreign Institute / Pakistan Navy and computer literate.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit: 40 years

Executive Engineer (Civil Maintenance)

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer and Computer literate.

Experience: 05 years post qualification in a Govt / Semi Govt / Large Engineering Organization of repute.

Age Limit: 40 years

Chief Draughtsman

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture. Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer and Computer Literate.

Experience: 05 Years post qualification in relevant field.

Age Limit: 40 years

Dredging Inspector

Qualification: First mate of foreign going ship certificate of competency (Deck Officer) Class-II or Second Class Engineer Or Certificate of Competency (Second Engineer Officer) Class-II.

Experience: 05 Years of sea Experience.

Age Limit: 40 years

Fire Fighting Officer

Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree / Station Fire Officers Certificate Course from Civil Defence Academy, Lahore / Islamabad.

Experience: 03 years Post Qualification experience in fire fighting departments of Govt / Semi Govt / large Commerical organizations of repute.

Age Limit: 40 years

• Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
• No TA / DA will be allowed for the test/interview.
• Relaxation in age will be considered as per the rules applicable in PQA.
• 5% Quota for Minorities will be observed.
• The Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely.
