Caretaker

Qualification & Experience: DAE (Civil / Elect / Mech) or Graduation with a Minimum 5 years experience of in Rent Collection from tenants, maintenance of the building, and dealing with tenants.

Salary Package: Rs. 30,000/- Per Month with Other Perks admissible in HR Policy.

Age Limit: 45 years

Electrician

Qualification & Experience: Middle with Minimum 5 years of Relevant Experience.

Salary Package: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month with other Perks admissible in HR Policy

Age Limit: 45 years.

Plumber

Qualification & Experience: Middle with a minimum of 5 Years of relevant Experience.

Salary Package: Rs. 25,000/- with other perks admissible in HR Policy

Age Limit: 45 years.
