Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Director, Benevolent fund Tower, blue area, Islamabad on a fixed Salary basis for an initial contract period of one year (extendable on satisfactory performance on mutually agreed terms and conditions).

1. Project Director

Required Minimum Qualification

• University Degree in Civil engineering from a recognized foreign or local University in the first division.
• Minimum 15 years experience as Project Director on high rise commercial projects out of which 5 years could be as Deputy project Director or Construction Engineer.
• Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with PEC.
• Must be conversant with primavera.
• Certified PMP will be preferred.

Age Limit: 3 years

Salary: market-based commensurate with qualification experience and ability.
