Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by The Government of Punjab, PIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in the province of Punjab by developing a chain of new Industrial estates and up gradation of existing ones.

Applications are invited to eligible candidates for the following posts.

Deputy Manager (Contracts)

Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering Accredited by PEC, Preferably Masters Degree in relevant field from HEC recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant experience Preference will be given to the candidate having knowledge of engineering procurements and contract management. the Candidate should be well versed with PPRA rules.

Age: Minimum 35 Years

Assistant Officer (Admin)

Qualification: Graduation in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of administration.

Age: Minimum 22 years

Assistant Manager (Civil)

Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering accredited by PEC preferably Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 07 years of field experience. Having knowledge/experience of infrastructure development projects. Experience in liaison / Correspondence with contractors

Age: Minimum 30 years

Receptionist

Qualification: Graduation from HEC recognized university or intermediate.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience for intermediate and minimum 03 years for Graduation. A candidate having knowledge PABX / telephone operating system will be preferred.

Age: Minimum 20 years.

Assistant Officer (Gratuity Fund)

Qualification: Graduation in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: minimum of 05 years of experience in the field of accounts Candidate having knowledge of Gratuity Fund, Provident funds, and other relevant laws will be preferred.

Age: Minimum 22 years.

Office Boys

Qualification: Middle Preferably Matric

Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience.

Age: Minimum 18 years

Assistant officer (contracts)

Qualification: Graduation in a relevant field from HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of procurement and a good grasp of the PPRA rules.

Age: Minimum 22 years.

Drivers

Qualification: Middle Preferably Matric

Experience: Minimum 03 years of driving experience with a valid driving license.

Age: Minimum 18 Years.
