Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company set up by the Government of Punjab (GoPB).
Punjab Skills Development Fund is looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions.
Head of Department Audit Risk & compliance (Lahore)
Qualification: Qualified from a recognized professional body of Accountants CA / ACMA / ACCA / ICAEW or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); or Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA); or holding a Master’s Degree in Finance From an HEC recognized University.
Experience: A Minimum of 10 years of audit experience at least 05 years of Post Qualification experience in internal audit including risk management, designing internal control processes, and effective Compliance with Financial reliability.
A Minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar senior management/leadership role.
Experience and familiarity with public sector organizations and donor-funded projects / Development projects will be an added advantage.
Head of Information Technolgy (IT)
Qualification: Master’s Degree or Similar in Computer Science / Software Engineering or Software Project Management from an HEC-Recognized university.
Experience: A Minimum of 10 years of specific experience working in the IT department with at least 3 years of experience in senior management/leadership roles.
A Certified / Trained PMP with knowledge and experience in learning Management Systems (LMS) will be preferred.
Must have knowledge and experience of IAAS, SAAS, and PAAS.
Associate HR – Payroll & HRIS Operations.
Qualification: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
However, a degree in HR and Masters’s degree will be preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in reputed organizations preferably in HR Payroll & Operations.
Associate Program Development
Qualification: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) from an HEC – Recognized / Accredited University in Business Administration/ Marketing / Economics / Social Sciences or any Relevant discipline, Master’s Degree in any relevant Discipline will be preferred.
Experience: A Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience preferably in the development sector.
Management Associate Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) From an HEC Recognized University in Economics / Marketing Social Sciences / Computer Sciences or any relevant Discipline.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience.
Qualification: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) from an HEC – Recognized / Accredited University in Business Management / Commerce / Supply Chain / Social Sciences or any relevant Discipline.
Experience: A Minimum of 2 years or above of relevant experience.
