Job Description

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company), is a Company setup under section 42 of the Companies ACT, 2017, and is responsible for Project Implementation, Management, and Maintenance of the Urban Rapid transit Project assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. The Company is seeking dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professionals for the following positions:

1. Transport Planning & Data Analyst

Job Profile: The Transport Planning and Data Analyst will be playing a critical role in discovering and communicating data-driven insights and Maintaining a database to ensure efficient service network and operational plan improvements. The Successful applicant will be responsible for arranging data, developing formats, analysis of data, analyzing travel pattern variation, arranging schedules and master timetables,s, etc.

Qualification: B.Sc Engineering Degree in Transporation Engineering / Planning, Transportation Economics, or related field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. Candidates with a Master’s Degree in the Mentioned fields along with 3 years of experience are also eligible to apply.

Age Requirement: Below 35 years on the closing date of applications.

2. HR & Admin Executive Positions

The HR & Admin Executive will assist the HR Officer and Admin Officer in all Human Resource and administration activities within and outside the organization. The candidate will provide support services to both functions along with the upkeeping of store and record functions.

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Commerce, Or Related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post qualification experience in Human resources, Administration, Stores, and record keeping.

3. Procurement Executive

Job Profile: The procurement Executive will assist Procurement Specialist in all procurements and tendering to be conducted in TransPeshwar. He / She will be responsible for the proper up-keeping of all procurement records as per standards.

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in procurement/project administration/supply chain management.

4. Communication Executive

Job Profile: the Communication Executive will be responsible for assisting Communication Specialist in day-to-day official tasks and assignments. In addition, he/she will be responsible for internal and external communications, strategy, writing and disseminating publicity material, responding to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinating promotional events in consent with the Communication Specialist.

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication / Journalism or relevant field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post Qualification experience in strategic communication/journalism in well-established and renowned public/private organizations.

5 Business Development Executive

Job Profile: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Specialist in the daily routine tasks not limited to surveys, data collection, stations, BRT Corridor, record keeping, park and ride facilities, shops, and any other related ground activities in accordance with contract compliances, The role will also include compliances, The role will also include compiling periodic reporting, period visits as required on need basis.

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in managing customer accounts, field surveys, and reporting with sound interpersonal skills.

6 Operations Supervisor

Job Profile: the Operation Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Assistant Manager BRT control Centre in the daily monitoring of the operation of 220 buses on seven routes. The position will also be responsible to record violations and monitor bus headways through GPS, AVL, and CCTV cameras, This also includes recording contract violations and other components of the declared project in accordance with the requirements of the company obligations.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transport Planning / Operation/engineering, urban Infrastructure Engineering / Planning, or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience, Experience in monitoring reporting and supervision will be considered an added advantage.
